I remember learning about different camera types and reading that rangefinder cameras are not really suite to close up work. It’s always good to prove a theory wrong and those 1930’s Leitz technicians really did think of everything and found solutions (some not standing up so well today) that enabled the early Leica’s to tackle all photography styles.
